Overview
The vision for Phase One
Auntie's Creations has outgrown its current Wix site. With several thousand products and a community that continues to expand, you need a storefront that loads fast, looks stunning, and handles a high-volume catalog without breaking a sweat.
Phase One delivers a complete website rebuild on Lovable for the customer-facing experience, fully integrated with Shopify for catalog, cart, checkout, and order management. The result: a polished, modern brand presence paired with the most reliable commerce engine on the market.
Scope
What's included in Phase One
- Custom Lovable front-end design and build, on-brand and mobile-first
- Shopify store integration for seamless product display and checkout
- Order flow connected end-to-end so transactions sync cleanly with Shopify
- Storefront pages: Home, Shop, Collections, About, Contact, Policies
- Buy-now-pay-later checkout options (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) enabled at checkout
- Launch handoff with a walkthrough of how to manage day-to-day updates

Auntie's Creations
- • Shopify subscription and account setup
- • Downloading product CSV from Wix and re-uploading to Shopify (a tool like Batch SKU Maker is recommended for the thousands of products)
- • Ongoing maintenance of both Shopify and the Lovable site (outside of minor updates like photo swaps)

Covers security monitoring (hacking / downtime response), inventory updates, and ongoing site care so you're never on your own.
Note: Auntie's Creations is responsible for the Shopify subscription separately.

Phase Two — coming separately
Phase Two will focus on the SanMar integration and building out the logistics for a fundraiser bar. That scope and quote will be prepared and delivered as its own proposal once Phase One is underway.
